Does Inmark offer custom printing options for your systems?

Custom-printed options are available from Inmark; however, minimum order requirements do apply. Contact one of our consultants for more information. 

Does Inmark share the qualification/validation reports with its customers?

Upon request, our engineers can provide a qualification/validation report for your review.

How do I determine if we need to use the winter or summer pack-out?

When the shipper is exposed to temperatures greater than 15c, at the point of origin, it is recommended that you use the summer pack-out.

How long does it take to pre-condition the refrigerant?

The time to pre-condition refrigerants varies for each product. Contact one of our consultants to discuss your specific refrigerant needs.

Is Inmark willing to provide pack-out training to our staff?
Absolutely. Our team of experienced, knowledgeable engineers can provide training to members of your organization.
Is the product I’m looking for in stock?

Depending on your specific need, we may have your product in stock. Some specialty products; however, must be shipped from the manufacturer. Contact your Inmark representative for your specific request.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Depending on your specific packaging need, there may be a specific quantity required to order. Please contact an Inmark consultant to learn more.

To which profile do you test your systems?

We are able to test to ISTA 7D and ISTA 7E requirements.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment via all major credit cards and checks. A credit application is required prior to purchase.

What does it mean to “post-condition” frozen gel?

It’s a process of equilibrating the frozen gel by removing it from the freezer for a specified amount of time, prior to placing in shipping solution.  

What is the lead time on my product?

Each customer and order is different; however, we typically ship within 10 business days of your order. Your Inmark representative can provide you with a more accurate estimate.
